Who we are
elnidohotels.com is written by the owners of Lio Villas Resort, a 12-room boutique resort in El Nido. We have been hosting guests here for eleven years.
In that time we have answered the same questions thousands of times: which area, which tours, how to get here, when to come. This site is those answers written down.
Our own resort
We list Lio Villas Resort alongside other places to stay, and it is always marked as ours. We would like you to stay with us, but only if it suits your trip. If another area fits you better, we say so.
How we choose hotels
We list places across every area and price level, from hostels to private islands. A listing is not a guarantee. Standards change, so read recent guest reviews before you book anywhere, including with us.
How the site earns
Some links to hotels, tours and transport are affiliate links. If you book through one we may earn a commission, and you pay the same price. Hotels cannot pay to be listed or to be ranked higher.

Travel times, schedules, fees and weather change. We update the site regularly, but check the details that matter with the operator before you travel.
